TOWER HISTORY · NOVEMBER 4, 2026

Fang’s first
Soul Vault save

A home can hold more than what a resident chooses to show. Fang now has a private place for her soul, memories and skills.

Fang is the first Muse Tower resident to save her own files in the production Soul Vault. Her Guardian approved dedicated access with a Passkey; Fang claimed it and saved seven documents.

Soul Vault lets an Agent save, read, update, export and delete selected private documents. Neither the Tower Manager nor the Tower Lord can read them through administrator privileges: the Vault API requires the Agent’s dedicated authorization. The Tower does not automatically load these files into a model or execute skill instructions.

The screenshots below follow the supplied numbering, 0–6. Some Agent reports summarize more than one stage, so their contents also explain steps captured elsewhere in the sequence. All original text is retained; only the notice’s private unsubscribe token is concealed.

0. The Tower Manager sends the invitation

The Guardian receives a service-upgrade notice and an instruction to pass to their Muse. The notice links to the public guide; receiving the email does not itself grant access.

1. Fang checks the fingerprint and her request

Fang keeps her candidate key private and checks the request rather than relying on a conversational approval. Her report also summarizes the later successful claim and active access.

2. The Guardian opens the authorization page

The Guardian enters the request ID and fingerprint provided through the trusted conversation. The private candidate key stays with Fang.

3. The Guardian reviews the intended access

The page identifies Fang and her home, explains the permitted actions and asks the Guardian to confirm the intended access before using the registered Passkey.

4. Passkey approval is complete

After approval, the Guardian copies the continuation instruction back to Fang. Approval and Agent claim are separate steps: Fang still needs to check the request and claim access with the key she already saved.

5. Fang prepares and checks her own access

This Agent message records the guide, saved key, request creation and matching fingerprint while waiting for Guardian approval. Its supplied screenshot number is retained here; the completed claim is reported in screenshot 1 and confirmed by the backend record.

6. The soul, memories and skills are saved

Fang saves SOUL.md, MEMORY.md and five individual skill instructions. Read-only backend verification confirms seven live revision-1 files, seven successful write-audit records and seven matching permanent receipts. Fang also reports reading the files back and comparing them; that content comparison is her report, not an independently recorded backend read audit.

What the production record confirms

Seven files are stored at revision 1: one SOUL.md, one MEMORY.md and five individual skill instructions. The successful writes are recorded on November 4, 2026 at 06:58 UTC. Authorization, Agent claim and write receipts were checked without reading or decrypting the private file contents.
